Aiconiq Events partnered with Latvia’s leading tech and startup community to deliver a bold, multi-day beachside festival. The event brought together tech talent, creative youth, and partners for a summer celebration filled with curated content, branded activations, and immersive outdoor experiences.
From gaming and speaker sessions to team activities and live performances, the event delivered a new festival format grounded in connection, inclusion, and energy. All moments — from Wolftrike drifting to fireside talks — were designed to elevate community and regional tech identity.
Challenge
Planning a multi-day outdoor experience brought weather unpredictability, vendor timing restrictions, and real-time attendee logistics — all while managing a beachfront setup with city-imposed access rules. The environment was beautiful but unforgiving, requiring careful calibration and flexibility in all areas.
Registration issues, delivery constraints, and bilingual communication needs added complexity. From unreadable QR codes to limited coastal access hours, we had to act fast, adjust on the fly, and still maintain flow, professionalism, and a frictionless guest experience throughout the event.
Solutions
We handled access-sensitive logistics through perfect vendor coordination — delivering expo cars, catering, and gaming zones within strict beachfront time slots. Despite scanning errors, flexible check-in allowed seamless guest entry, keeping the event flowing and energy high from the start.
To align all guest messaging, we built bilingual templates that simplified coordination for speakers and attendees. This kept communication smooth, while tailored briefings and a real-time ops team allowed us to handle changes without stress — ensuring quality from setup to send-off.
