Before founding Aiconiq, I built and led operational divisions of 150+ employees within Fortune-level companies. I spent over a decade driving efficiency, cross-border collaboration, and measurable business outcomes, from scalable systems to high-performing teams.
That experience shaped my "Zero-Failure" approach to events. I don’t just plan; I architect. I help entrepreneurs and corporate leaders design high-performing experiences through strategy-first planning, leadership development, and systems thinking.
