Aiconiq Events led the launch of the first open forum in the Baltics to spotlight meaningful children’s education for families — from program design to community building, immersive family zones, and high-level execution.

Summary

This event brought together families, educators, and forward-thinkers curious about modern alternatives to traditional schooling. It was designed for everyone asking where and how to educate children when “school” no longer feels like the only answer.
Throughout one day, the forum welcomed 200 guests to explore homeschooling, remote education, and progressive teaching. The format included keynote sessions, workshops, a family expo, and a dedicated kids zone — making the experience accessible and engaging for parents and children alike.

Challenge

The main challenge was communicating an unconventional topic through social media in a way that encouraged real attendance. While discussion around education reform is active online, converting curiosity into ticket sales for a large venue required repositioning the event’s core message.
We also had to make the event family-friendly. This meant organizing a full kids zone with educators and animators — so parents could participate in workshops and talks, while children were safely engaged in learning activities nearby.

Solutions

We redefined the value proposition — focusing not on problems, but on practical paths and real voices. This helped shift the conversation and attract support from influencers who naturally advocated for the event, helping us reach a sold-out venue.
Children’s programming ran parallel to the adult agenda, with certified professionals leading themed workshops. Parents explored alternative education options in a focused setting. Post-event, a new family-led community emerged, and replays offered continued access — creating long-term value for organizers and guests.
