Aiconiq Events led the launch of the first Generative AI conference in the CEE region - from strategic planning to speaker curation, immersive design, and standout execution.
Summary
We launched the CEE region’s first Generative AI conference, managing everything from speaker curation to immersive execution. At a peak of global curiosity and confusion, we united pioneers who worked on GenAI long before the viral boom. Our program featured 15 international experts and a curated Digital Art Expo with 10 global artists. This event effectively transformed a complex technology into a powerful, accessible experience, perfectly blending education, creativity, and strategic networking for 250 hybrid attendees in Riga.
Challenge
The primary hurdle was condensing a massive, overwhelming topic into a high-quality, accessible experience. While global interest in GenAI exploded, credible insights remained scarce. We faced a high-pressure deadline: delivering a full-scale international conference in only 1.5 months. This required securing an elite venue, onboarding global speakers, and building a compelling agenda simultaneously. Translating extreme technical complexity into actionable clarity—while maintaining a premium execution standard—was the core strategic challenge we had to solve within this accelerated timeframe.
Solutions
Using the EPIC Event Framework™, we navigated the six-week timeline without delays or operational gaps. We implemented a sharp content architecture and precise speaker onboarding for experts from across the Baltics and Poland. By integrating a Digital Art Expo, we exceeded typical corporate expectations and elevated the hybrid attendee experience. Every strategic detail, from flow to technical streaming, was handled with operational calm, ensuring that rapid delivery never compromised the high-end impact and clarity required for a landmark regional event.
