Aiconiq Events led the launch of the first Generative AI conference in the CEE region - from strategic planning to speaker curation, immersive design, and standout execution.

Summary

We delivered the first Generative AI conference in the CEE region — from strategic planning to speaker curation, immersive design, and standout execution. The event was designed at a time when global curiosity about GenAI was rising and confusion was just as high.
Event brought together pioneers who had worked on GenAI long before it went viral. Featured 15 international speakers from academia and business, and curated Digital Art Expo with 10 global AI artists. We blended education, creativity, and connection in one powerful experience.

Challenge

The biggest challenge was turning an overwhelming topic into a clear, accessible, and high-quality experience. While public attention on GenAI was exploding, most audiences were unclear on where to begin or who to trust for credible insight.
We were tasked with delivering a full-scale conference in just 1.5 months — from securing the venue to curating speakers and crafting a clear, compelling agenda. Every detail had to move fast, and every word had to translate complexity into clarity.

Solutions

We delivered the 1.5-month timeframe the full experience without tension, gaps, or delays. The program was sharp, the messaging clear, and every detail — from speaker onboarding to content flow — was handled with precision and calm, front to back.
Our lineup featured experts from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland — spanning academia, startups, and business. We maximized the format by integrating a curated Digital Art Expo with 10 global AI artists, exceeding expectations and using every moment of planning to elevate impact.
